Hi! I'm super excited to finally start a blog! Admittedly, I'm a little late to the party, but I can't wait to share ideas and information about fashion, fitness, nutrition, health, lifestyle and image. I love inspiring and helping people to live their healthiest, happiest and most confident life! I've played sports and exercised my whole life. Although I have a lot of injuries, and am a breast cancer survivor, I exercise daily. I love tennis, walking, swimming, PILATES, yoga, weight lifting, rowing, and of course my all time favorite is Soulcycle. Exercise keeps me fit, healthy and happy! Like Kelly Ripa says, "I don't go to therapy - I go to Soulcycle." One of the reasons I decided to finally start this blog and Instagram page is because I am frequently asked for fitness advice. I'm not an expert, but I'm glad to interview and feature those who are, and share what works for me. My love of fashion dates back to my first glorious bag of hand-me-downs when I was four years old!! I used to sew my own Barbie clothes when I was five!! After a short yet amazing career as a police officer, I went back to school and got a second degree... this time in Fashion Design. Since then, I've started a knitwear design business, done visuals and merchandising, worked as a District Stylist for a major womenswear company, and now have my own personal styling business.
