By now you’ve probably figured out that I love cute workout clothes! I love the confidence I get when I have a flattering exercise outfit, I love finding new styles, and I REALLY love finding workout wear at a discount! #fitnesschristmas! What I love the most about collecting and wearing fabulous exercise clothes is that it actually makes me WANT TO exercise! Some of my favorite brands are Lululemon (of course!💗) Fabletics (especially the Lisette tights – I buy them in every possible color and pattern,) Alo Yoga, Onzie, JoyLab by Target, Sweaty Betty, and Athleta… as you can see, I am obsessed!!! Especially when I find a good deal!💰
Here’s one of my tips for staying organized and making it easier to get to the gym, or go for a hike or run: BAG UP YOUR WORKOUT CLOTHES!! Seriously, it’s such a time saver! Once or twice a month, I put together workout outfits in gallon zip lock bags.


This way when I get up in the morning, I have my coffee, put on my sunscreen and grab one of my already assembled outfits. I don’t have to search for clothes, and risk being late for Pilates or Soulcycle class cuz I couldn’t get my sh** together. I’m literally ready in just a few minutes. After I take the dogs out, mix my BCAAs with coconut water and H2O, grab a banana and kiss the hubs goodbye, I’m out the door…Make sure to keep the bags open, though, because even clean workout clothes can get funky if you don’t let them breathe.
And… remember to schedule exercise into your day as you would a business meeting, your kid’s soccer practice, church services, or your book club. If you don’t treat workouts like a mandatory event on your calendar, chances are you will get busy and skip them! More on this later…
